Return & Exchanges Policy

 

At HD Russell, we stand by our shoes and boots.  If there is a flaw in material or workmanship, we will fix it at our cost.  Please see our Craftsmanship Guarantee for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Limited Stock Footwear may be returned within 14 days for a full refund less the cost of return shipping.  You may also choose to exchange the footwear for another item or for store credit.

Made-to-Order Items can be exchanged or returned for full store credit within 30 days of receipt provided the item is returned in the original condition it was purchased. 

*We will not accept returns on any items that are damaged, scratched or obviously worn.

Sale items are final sale.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel before we begin manufacturing or customizing your order, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $250.  

If you cancel after manufacturing or customization has begun, your deposit is non-refundable. 

Orders requiring custom lasts are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $1000.  Custom lasts are unique molds created speficially for your feet and cannot be used for other customers. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
