Refund Policy

At HD Russell, we stand by our shoes and boots.  It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please CONTACT US so we can fix any errors or make arrangements for alterations. 

Made-to-Order Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt provided the item is returned in the original condition it was purchased.  We may not accept returns on items that are damaged, scratched or obviously worn.

Please understand we are a small team and it can take up to 6-8 weeks for us to remake your order if required.

Sale items and gift certificates are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
