We stand by the quality and workmanship of our footwear.  Should there be any defect in the material, stitching or workmanship, please contact us at anytime so we can repair your leather footwear.  We will determine the best way to fix any flaw in our work or if a new pair will need to be made for you.

We cannot guarantee our US standard sized footwear will fit you.  You may require a modified last or a custom last in order for us to properly size and fit the footwear to you.  Please contact us to discuss how to proceed.

We offer repair service. Please bring your item(s) for repair to our store in East Vancouver in order for us to assess the repair and provide an accurate quote.  We cannot provide estimates by phone.
