We stand behind the quality and workmanship of every boot and shoe we make. Should there be any defect in material, stitching, or workmanship, please contact us at any time — we will assess the issue and determine the best course of action, whether that's a repair or crafting you a new pair.
Our Craftsmanship Guarantee applies to finished goods only. It does not apply to deposits, order cancellations, or custom work in progress.
What's Covered
Defects in leather, stitching, or workmanship — including issues with pull-tabs, leather uppers, and construction — are covered for the lifetime of the footwear.
What's Not Covered
- Wear or damage to the rubber sole or heel
- Physical or accidental damage to the footwear
- Water damage
- Damage resulting from neglect or improper conditioning
Important: Any repair or modification carried out by a third party will void this guarantee. If your boots need attention, please contact us first.
Caring for Your Footwear
Proper care extends the life of your boots significantly. We recommend Saphir leather care products for most of our leathers — though use of other quality products does not affect your guarantee. Please refer to our Maintenance & Conditioning Guide and visit our Shoe Care collection for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Limited Stock Footwear may be returned within 14 days for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. You may also choose to exchange the footwear for another item or for store credit.
Made-to-Order Items can be exchanged or returned for full store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
We do not accept returns on items that are damaged, scratched or show signs of wear.
Sale Items are final sale.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable and are not subject to our Craftsmanship Guarantee. We do not offer refunds at any stage of the manufacturing process.
Orders requiring custom lasts - unique molds made specifically for your feet - are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. Custom lasts cannot be transferred or used for other customers.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
